Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Ettihad Properties collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits the website or sends us an enquiry.

Who we are

Ettihad Properties is a real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us through the details on our Contact page, or send a privacy request through the form described under "Your rights" below.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, register interest or ask for a brochure, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number, and your email address if you give it.
• Your preferred language and how you would like us to contact you (call, WhatsApp or email).
• What you are looking for: the project, unit type, budget and timeline you select, and any message you write.
• Your consent choices, the wording you agreed to and when.
• How you reached us: the page you sent the form from and, if you came from an advertisement, the campaign details in the link.
• Basic technical information used to stop spam and abuse, such as a security check result and a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address.

How we use your information

We use the information from your enquiry to:

• Contact you about your enquiry, by call, WhatsApp or email, and help you with the projects you asked about. We only do this because you agreed to it when you sent the form.
• Send you occasional offers, new launches and promotions, but only by the channels you ticked under "I would also like offers and updates". These boxes are optional and stay unticked unless you choose them.
• Keep a record of your consent and of our contact with you.
• Understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
• Protect the website against spam and fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

Promotions and how to stop them

We send promotions occasionally, not every day, and only if you agreed to receive them. You can stop them at any time and on any channel: reply "STOP" to a WhatsApp message, use the unsubscribe link in an email, tell the person who calls you, or send a privacy request. Stopping promotions does not affect our replies to an enquiry you sent us.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry goes to our sales team through our customer management system. We also use trusted service providers that help us run the website, such as hosting, email delivery and spam protection (Cloudflare). They may only use your information to provide that service to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with a property developer only when this is needed to arrange a viewing, reservation or purchase you asked us about, or when the law requires us to.

How we protect and keep it

Your contact details are encrypted when we store them, and only authorised staff can see them. We keep enquiries that do not lead to a purchase for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymise them. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as the law and our client agreement require.

Cookies

The website uses the cookies it needs to work. Analytics cookies, which help us see how the website is used, are only switched on if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop using your information for promotions, or withdraw any consent you gave.

To make a request, use the privacy request form on this website (/en/privacy-request). We will reply within the time the law allows and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The version and the date it takes effect are shown on this page, and every enquiry records the version that applied when it was sent.
